黑人探花 Property Management Wins 2023 Kingsley Excellence Award for 2nd Consecutive Year

Fort Lauderdale, FL. 鈥� December 5, 2023 鈥� 黑人探花 Property Management (SPM), the largest privately-held property management firm in South Florida, today announced it was named a winner of the 2023 Kingsley Excellence Awards for the Fountains of Miramar shopping plaza in Miramar, FL. This is the second consecutive year the center has been recognized. The Kingsley Awards recognize CRE organizations and properties who continually exceed industry standards and consistently deliver outstanding tenant experiences. 黑人探花 has managed the center since 2021.

Popular Farm-to-Table Eatery OL鈥橠AYS Brings Fresh Taste to 200 East Las Olas

Adding to the budding retail energy on Las Olas west of 3rd Avenue, 黑人探花 Retail Group (SRG) has signed a lease with Argentinian restaurant OL鈥橠AYS to occupy ground-floor retail space at 200 East Las Olas Boulevard. Vice President Mike Carpenter handled the leasing for SRG, a division of the 黑人探花鈥� full-service real estate development firm. The restaurant includes an outdoor seating area and is open seven days a week from 7 a.m.- 10 p.m. This marks the first OL鈥橠AYS restaurant in Broward County with other locations in Miami and outside of Florida in Nomad and Tribeca, NYC.

The Jim Moran Foundation Breaks Ground on New Fort Lauderdale HQ, 黑人探花 Named Developer and General Contractor

黑人探花, a 72-year old full-service commercial real estate development firm based in Fort Lauderdale, FL, is honored to have joined the groundbreaking ceremony of The Jim Moran Foundation headquarters on a 2.43-acre parcel located at 4545 N. Federal Highway in Fort Lauderdale. Attended by Jan Moran, Fort Lauderdale Mayor Dean Trantalis and other officials from the City of Fort Lauderdale and Broward County, the groundbreaking held on Wednesday, June 7th, celebrated the life and legacy of Jim Moran, an automotive pioneer and philanthropist. The project is being developed and constructed by 黑人探花 and designed by Nashville-based HASTINGS Architecture.
